Payment policy

Full payment upon ordering. Otherwise will be considered as consultation
Orders are only recorded upon payment.

Delivery policy

Delivery at a fee depending on customers location.
Wedding Cakes are delivered by us for safe execution and set up.

Refund policy

No Refunds will be made if customer changes their mind after the cake has been made(Be sure to order what you want to avoid such)

Refunds will only be given on reasonable causes.

Additional info

Order at least 5 days before the date you need the cake.
Provide inspirational pictures or ideas of the design of the cake needed. Please note that inspiration references will be used to produce a product that is close and not exactly to the picture reference

Wedding Cakes: Give at least a month's notice before the date of delivery or collection
We hire custom cake stands at a cost
We offer fresh cakes and non-alcoholic fruitcakes
For frosting, we use buttercream and whipped cream. (Let us know if you'd like any changes or clarity before confirming and making a payment)
We do not make alcoholic Cakes
Prices are subject to change due to economic fluctuations. If an order is confirmed with payment, economic fluctuations will not affect the order.
