- Payment is accepted via Mobile Money (Airtel and MTN) upon delivery. Once cash on delivery option is available, you will be alerted
- All orders are placed online for delivery only.
- We offer free delivery using our own courier service and, occasionally, Yango.
- Current delivery windows are: 12:00 PM - 13:00 PM and 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM.
- Upon receiving your order, we will send an SMS and/or call to confirm order details and notify you when your delivery is en route.
- Items not listed in our catalog can be requested via the comment section.
- Returns are accepted for damaged items, expired goods, or items not ordered within 2 hours after delivery.
- Return costs may be borne by the customer, except in cases of QED's error.
